Lead Trainer
V's passion for shooting and tactical training spans over 28 years of combat-proven experience in the U.S. Army. He enlisted in the U.S Army in 1992 as a cavalry scout after 6 years in a reconnaissance role. He served 22 years as a Green Beret, retiring as a Sergeant Major in 2020. V is a subject matter expert in Unconventional Warfare, Special Reconnaissance, Foreign Internal Defense, and Direct Action,
Counterterrorism and Counter Proliferation missions, as well as Small Unit Tactics, Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape, Long Range Marksmanship Techniques, Special Forces Urban Combat, Demolitions, Combatives, Tactical Driving, Advanced Combat Marksmanship, Advanced Infiltration Methods, Crisis Management, and risk mitigation.
Charles Roughton
Trainer
Charles brings over 24 years of shooting and tactical training experience in both military and civilian law enforcement service. He began his career in 1992, enlisting in the Army National Guard as a Military Police officer in a combat support unit, where he served for six years on both CONUS and OCONUS missions. Following his military service, Charles dedicated 18 years to civilian law enforcement, holding key roles in Patrol, Investigations, and Dignitary Protection.
Robert Baird
Owner / TraineR
Rob has over 35 years of experience in tactical operations and instruction, beginning with his service in the US Army as an Airborne Ranger. During his time in the Army, Rob became a DOD Master Trainer. Following his 11 years of service, Rob worked for multiple private contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan, where he managed multi-location, multi-faceted security operations protecting US Forces and civilian clients.
Rob is the COO and a co-founder of Resicum International LLC, an aerospace and defense company with global operations that owns the Alabama Shooting Center. He is an NRA-certified firearms trainer and loves nothing more than instructing at the range.
